Tomaso’s Last Breath is teaching me the real meaning of Love and healing with Love: it is the discarding of all that has gone before. You will know true Love when you lay everything down: releasing fighting, resistance, tension and stress to the ethers. When true Love awakens within you, you see Love everywhere you look. Love is all you see. The soul is the vehicle through which all self realization exists.
Tomaso and I learned the “Who Am I” meditation in our 1990’s retreat and used it regularly. We gazed into each other’s eyes and asked, “Who Am I,” and take turns answering the question.
I am that which existed before my parents and ancestors were born.
“Who Am I?” I am that which presently exists, unchangeable and eternal.
“Who Am I?” I am my mind, no mind, pure, newly created and does not perish when I die.
“Who Am I?” I am neither male or female, right or left, up or down.
“Who Am I?” I am a memory, I am a thought. If so, who I am does not exist, was never born, will never die. Who I Am has no limits.
It’s time to relax into this boundary-less state. It is time to give up all the stories of my existence, and yours, too. It is time to relax into the not knowing of me and of you: no more assumptions, no more elaborate judgments or rigid pretense. It is time to be who I am: the unconditional essence of peace, safety and boundless joy, and a radar for Love, in this age of CV19.
Be the radar for Love, today. OM
