“The great way it’s not difficult or those who have no preferences.

To set up what you dislike against what you like is the disease of the mind.
When the deep meaning of things is not understood, the mind’s essential peace is disturbed to no avail.
The way is perfect, like vest space.
Nothing is lacking, nothing In excess.
Indeed it is due to our choosing to accept or reject that we do not know the true nature of things.

Today I met with a friend who’s partner is on life support at the local hospital. We had coffee.
The suffering inherent in change is a reality of life. I mentioned rising above what appears to be real, to encompass spirit and soul in different realities. To be in the world not of the world. I limited my lecture to that. I tend to go on and on and on.
A beautiful black woman in the next booth got up and said,” Right On!”
That validated what we all already knew: only Love is real. OM
