I am moving katelovingbusiness to Dean Holland’s software called affiliate systems by Internet profits. Because of that my blog is unavailable at the moment. And the reason I’m doing that is to have my blog and my business within the affiliate system software so that I can run seamless businesses within the hub.
Dean Holland has created tutorials to show us how to do this and I am following them. If I still have questions, I can join daily coaching sessions to get my questions answered.
I had made a commitment to blog every day from katelovingbusiness.com and when I realized that today, the site is on hiatus until it is accepted within the affiliate system software, I thought I would come over here to the blog that I loved doing called Tomaso’s Last Breath.
It has been almost four years since Tomaso passed on to other dimensions. The blog that I am writing on now was my way of processing the grief that I experienced losing my husband to Covid.
One of my major stressors has recently been lifted. I retired from my nursing career after 40 years. Winter has settled in, and I no longer have to go anywhere if I don’t want to. I used to go to Amish homes to attend the birth of their babies in the middle of ice snowstorms, rainstorms, windstorm, and as I recall right in the middle of Hurricane Sandy, when the wind was noisily thrashing the shutters in one of the homes I helped bring a new life into the world.
Working with the Amish was the least involved I was with corporate medicine, over the forty year period. The Amish integrate holistic medical remedies into their everyday lives, unlike many who are not Amish. Because of this, I was most at home when I worked with them, which was a period of 10 years.
I worked for a year right before my retirement at a new hospital just 7 minutes from my home. This is where I picked up my Boston Bull Dog from a fellow colleague. I named him Maso, short for Tomaso. He is somehow a true canine representative of my late husband, Tomaso. He is sweet and kind, nibbles my ear, gazes into my eyes. The only thing he does not do is fix me dinner.
Those of you who previously subscribed to this blog can follow me at katelovingbusiness.com
I will be putting up a form there so you can opt in, if you wish.
I may have retired from nursing, but a whole new world just opened up, and I thank the Universe for introducing Dean Holland into my life. He is a mentor extraordinaire. He is truly an exemplary teacher, person and down home human being.
Onward.
