Jala had a dream about Tomaso and me. Jala is my brother Delaney’s partner in life who passed five months to the day of my dear Tomaso.
In the dream, I was asleep and Tomaso came through the door to wake me up. (That’s a powerful dream symbol right there!) I was delighted to see him, again.
We then took a long walk together, straight up a mountain that looked like the Himalaya’s to Jala. When we got to the top of the mountain, obscured by fog to anyone’s perception below, Tomaso and I discussed what we have been doing in our respective lives.
Tomaso said he was happy how well Pearl the dog was doing and how well I take care of her.
Tomaso said he is in close communication with Pearl and visits her often. She enjoys his visits and welcomes his presence into her heart.
One thing I’ve noticed about Pearl is her energy and spark. She is always on the alert. She even likes to walk in the rain, which is new for her. She loves her daily long walks and asks me to go when she is ready. This is new for her, too.
Dreams step us outside of time, out of location and into a transformational universe. Rather than being an imaginary escape route, dreams place us squarely into a many layered truth that is in our power to explore. Even other peoples dreams can inform us of the truth that is our reality.
Tomaso‘s last words were, “Pearl, Pearl, Pearl,“ immediately before he collapsed and took his last breath. Every spiritual path I have pursued since then open my love to what was right before me.
Where I already am is the path and the goal. OM
